The church was master planned on a four acre site in 1980 by BBA, while the church was meeting in a school. The First Phase included an interim worship space (Multi Purpose) seating 700 (the interim worship space was designed to be the Family Life Center in the Master Plan). This space is flexible and multi-functional and can be used as fellowship for larger gatherings. The Phase I, completed in 1983, included Worship, administrative, Fellowship, Kitchen and educational areas. Phase II, completed in 1986, provided for an additional 15,000 sq. ft. of educational space.Phase III provides for a 1,600 seat Sanctuary, (plus music space as well as an additional Adult Sunday School space to support the larger Sanctuary. Phase IV provides for a Youth Area, Chapel, Parlor, Library, Bride's Room, renovation of interim worship space to convert to the master planned Family Life Center function. Phase V was completed in April 1995 and provides additional children's class rooms. Phase VI was completed in May 1997.
Master planned 14 acres. Master planned Sanctuary to seat 2,500. First Phase conmpleted 1999 to include a multipurpose worship Center seating 700, with education, administrative, parking, etc. Phase Two is under construcion for approximately 25,000 SF classroom additions, and will provide for a Day School.

Also included are gymnasium, cafeteria/Parish Hall, choir facilities, chapel - seating 150, a school - grades 1 through 12, etc. First Unit: Multipurpose - chapel and foyer combine for a church seating 700 +. Sanctuary is a permanent worship space seating 150 and expands into a lovely foyer to increase seating to 700.
The Nave will seat 400, plus the choir in the balcony. The design is patterned after an Early Christian Basilica. While this is an addition to their existing building, we have master planned for the ultimate site development and utilization, utilizing the existing buildings and site development. The master plan includes a larger Parish Hall and Kitchen, as well as a Montessori School.Completed August 15, 1985.

Services included analysis of space needs, programming and space planning. Remodeled 14,000 sq. ft. of existing building. User remained in building. 75 days - start to finish - complete demolition to rebuilding interior.
Included program preparation, space analysis/planning, master planning, etc. Remodeled snack bar and kitchen, men's locker area including: showers, restroom, lounge, cardroom, etc., tennis pro shop including shop, offices, storage, T.V. monitoring of courts and indoor tennis facility; entry/reception, private dining area and totally relocated and replaced formal restrooms. The club continued in service to club members which meant restrooms had to be available at all times as the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday parties occurred during the project. We used a four phase plan moving functions into temporary locations while their areas were redone. Worked very well. Project also included asbestos abatement and preparation for handicapped persons. The project involved all high use public areas and the club was able to meet the members needs all during the project.
